Welcome to Aurora SwitchPro®. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, promotions, influencer program, and any purchases made through www.AuroraSwitchPro.com.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting information, applying to our influencer program, or otherwise interacting with Aurora SwitchPro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

For purposes of these Terms, “Aurora SwitchPro®,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Aurora SwitchPro, LLC., the owner and operator of www.AuroraSwitchPro.com.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

You may not:

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with website security features
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
Use our website or products in a way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Aurora SwitchPro® is a makeup brush system featuring a handle, interchangeable brush tips, and a UV-C sanitizing case.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including product features, materials, colors, sizes, usage instructions, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, or other website content will be completely error-free.

Product colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, modify prices, discontinue products, or change product availability at any time without prior notice.

Aurora SwitchPro® includes a built-in UV-C sanitizing feature designed to help sanitize brush tips while stored in the case.

The UV-C feature is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, skin condition, infection, or medical condition. Aurora SwitchPro® is not a medical device.

The UV-C sanitizing feature does not replace routine makeup brush care, proper hygiene, or regular cleaning as recommended in the product instructions.

You should use the product only as directed. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, bypass, or misuse the UV-C feature.

When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, and product availability at any time.

Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed or shipped.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges shown at checkout.

Discount codes, promotional offers, affiliate codes, and influencer codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations.

Discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse promotional offers at any time, including in cases of misuse, fraud, technical errors, or unintended application.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the timeframe stated on our website or in your order confirmation.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, federal rules generally require sellers to ship online orders within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order, unless the customer agrees to a delay or receives a refund. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to notify customers if shipment will be delayed beyond the promised timeframe. 

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, payment authorization issues, supply disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to accept delivery, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, subject to product condition and availability.

Because Aurora SwitchPro is a personal care and beauty product, returns may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unless otherwise stated on our website or required by law:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be considered for return.
Used brush tips, opened personal care products, or products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

To request a return, contact us at Contact@AuroraSwitchPro.com within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at Contact@AuroraSwitchPro.com.

You may be asked to provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Any other information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue

If we determine that a product is defective or that we shipped the wrong item, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

You agree to use Aurora SwitchPro® products only as directed and for their intended cosmetic purpose.

Do not:

Use the product on irritated, broken, or infected skin
Share brush tips in a way that may create hygiene concerns
Use damaged brush tips or damaged components
Submerge electronic components in water
Disassemble, alter, or modify the UV-C case
Allow children to use the product without appropriate adult supervision

Keep the product and packaging away from very young children where small parts or packaging materials may present a risk.

Information on our website, packaging, marketing materials, emails, social media, or influencer content is for general informational and cosmetic use only.

Nothing provided by Aurora SwitchPro® should be considered medical, dermatological, or health advice.

If you have skin irritation, allergies, infection concerns, or other health-related questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

If you apply to or participate in our influencer, affiliate, ambassador, or creator program, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any additional program terms, agreements, brand guidelines, and disclosure requirements.

Influencers and affiliates must clearly disclose any material relationship with Aurora SwitchPro®, including gifted products, payment, commissions, discount codes, affiliate links, or other benefits.

Participants may not make false, misleading, medical, disease-prevention, or unauthorized product claims.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation in any influencer, affiliate, ambassador, or creator program at any time.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, social media posts, or other content to Aurora SwitchPro®, you represent that:

The content is truthful and based on your honest opinion or experience
You own or have permission to submit the content
The content does not violate another person’s rights
The content does not contain false, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or harmful material

By submitting content to us, tagging us, or otherwise making content available to us, you grant Aurora SwitchPro® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, repost, share, edit, and distribute that content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, email, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

We may remove or decline to display user content at our discretion.

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, videos, designs, layouts, icons, slogans, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aurora SwitchPro and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our content without written permission.

The Aurora SwitchPro® name, logo, product design, and related branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, social media pages, influencer tools, or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, security, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurora SwitchPro® and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Content you submit or post
Your participation in any influencer, affiliate, or ambassador program

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or product purchases shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
